Position Summary

Ragle Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Fleet & Equipment Administrator to support our Equipment Division. This position is responsible for assisting with fleet and equipment administration, dispatch support, equipment utilization tracking, fuel card management, vendor coordination, and various equipment-related reporting functions.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM 
Additional hours may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to field and office personnel regarding fleet and equipment needs
  • Assist with equipment dispatching and sourcing equipment requests
  • Review and maintain GPS tracking and equipment utilization information
  • Assist with field service requests and equipment repair orders
  • Process and track equipment-related invoices and reports
  • Maintain fuel card administration and reporting
  • Assist with vehicle registration renewals and related documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, repair facilities, and service providers
  • Assist with toll account administration and reconciliation
  • Monitor equipment utilization and support equipment management initiatives
  • Coordinate trucking and transportation needs for equipment and materials
  • Maintain accurate records and equipment documentation
  • Support special projects and additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of administrative, dispatch, fleet, logistics, or construction support experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Experience within construction, transportation, fleet, or equipment operations is a plus
