Job description:

We are very pleased to announce that Ragle Inc. is now looking for a highly motivated, hardworking Traffic Control Laborers who are interested in working for a young company with great advancement opportunities. Our DFW Division is seeking team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented individuals who are looking for new learning experiences, and a desire to contribute to our clients’ success.

Pay: $18.00-21.00/hr depending on experience.

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. Location depends on project needs

Hours: Nights, weekends, days. Must be flexible to work any shift. Overtime available.

Job Description:

Discusses traffic routing plans, and type and location of control points with superior.
Distributes traffic control signs and markers along site in designated pattern.
Directs movement of traffic through site, using sign, hand, and flag signals.
Warns construction workers when approaching vehicle fails to heed signals to prevent accident and injury to workers.
Informs drivers of detour routes through construction sites.
Records license number of traffic control violators for police.
Gives hand marker to last driver in line up of one-way traffic for Flagger at opposite end of site, signaling clearance for reverse flow of traffic

Qualifications:

Must have a valid driving license
Must be able to pass background and drug test
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to work day, night, or weekend shift
Must be comfortable operating a company vehicle
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Prior traffic control experience preferred, not required
