Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

Position Summary
Ragle Inc. is seeking a bilingual Receptionist / HR Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our company while providing administrative and operational support to Human Resources, executive leadership, and office operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys supporting both people and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, vendors, and employees
- Maintain a professional, welcoming reception and waiting area
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting setup
- Order lunches and refreshments for meetings and office needs
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, supplies, and common areas
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, FedEx packages, and daily building mail pickup
- Mail Accounts Payable checks to nearby post office
- Track deliveries and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Prepare executive expense reports and coordinate travel arrangements
- Schedule meetings and appointments for leadership as needed
- Provide administrative support to executives and HR team
- Assist HR with administrative tasks, projects, and employee communications
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee and company information
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of receptionist, administrative, or HR support experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting HR or executive leadership
- Event planning or office management experience
- Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial environments
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (supplies/packages)
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Final compensation may vary based on training, transferable skills, education, business needs, and market conditions.
