Pre-Construction Coordinator

Location: North Richland Hills, TX
Pay: $75,000 – $85,000 per year (based on experience) + comprehensive benefits

Ragle Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pre-Construction Coordinator to support pre-construction and project startup activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Business Administration or Construction Management, as well as candidates with 1–2 years of experience in construction administration or project support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend procurement, handover, readiness, and pre-construction meetings
  • Prepare and distribute Letters of Intent (LOIs)
  • Support execution of Purchase Orders (POs) and Subcontracts
  • Maintain accurate Project Startup and Contact Lists
  • Develop and maintain tracking systems as needed
  • Collaborate with the Data Team to streamline and standardize workflows
  • Assist with project start-up coordination and readiness tasks
  • Support contract buyouts and procurement of outstanding items prior to project start
  • Assist project teams with administrative tasks needed to mobilize projects
  • Distribute credit applications and sales tax exemption forms
  • Prepare and submit subcontractor approval documentation for TxDOT and other owners
  • Create and issue pre-construction paperwork to clients
  • Prepare TxDOT bulletin board documentation
  • Maintain organized, compliant project files and records
  • Coordinate employee setup for required railroad training
  • Act as a liaison between Owners and internal Ragle/Select teams
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
  • OR
  • 1–2 years of experience in construction administration or similar support roles
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with DocuSign and construction documentation preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle high-volume workloads
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
