University Recruiter

Location: North Richland Hills, TX (In-Person)
Salary: $65,000–$85,000 annually (DOE)

Position Summary

Ragle Inc. is seeking a University Recruiter to lead campus recruiting efforts and build strong pipelines of early-career talent. This role will manage university partnerships, attend recruiting events, and support hiring for internships and entry-level positions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead campus recruiting strategy, including career fairs and events
Build relationships with universities, faculty, and student organizations
Recruit, screen, and interview candidates
Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics
Support and help manage Ragle’s internship program
Partner with hiring managers to meet hiring needs
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
Maintain accurate candidate tracking in ATS
Deliver a strong candidate and hiring manager experience

Qualifications

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
Campus recruiting or early-career hiring experience preferred
Ability to travel up to 60% during peak seasons
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred

Construction or engineering industry experience
Corporate or agency recruiting experience
Internship program experience
