Job Title: Field Survey Technician

Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (additional hours as needed)

Position Overview

Ragle Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Field Survey Technician to join our Texas Heavy Highway Division in the Houston area. This role is ideal for someone who is team-oriented, eager to learn, and looking to grow within a company that offers strong advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform construction layout for roads, bridges, and grading
Verify accuracy of field survey data
Conduct topographic and as-built surveys
Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Safely operate and maintain survey equipment, tools, and vehicles
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards

Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience as a Survey Technician
Strong understanding of TXDOT plans and specifications
Knowledge of construction practices (industrial experience is a plus)
Experience with GPS, robotic, and machine control equipment
Working knowledge of field survey methods and calculations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a field-based position in the Houston area
