Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (additional hours as needed)

Position Overview
Ragle Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Field Survey Technician to join our Texas Heavy Highway Division in the Houston area. This role is ideal for someone who is team-oriented, eager to learn, and looking to grow within a company that offers strong advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform construction layout for roads, bridges, and grading
- Verify accuracy of field survey data
- Conduct topographic and as-built surveys
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Safely operate and maintain survey equipment, tools, and vehicles
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience as a Survey Technician
- Strong understanding of TXDOT plans and specifications
- Knowledge of construction practices (industrial experience is a plus)
- Experience with GPS, robotic, and machine control equipment
- Working knowledge of field survey methods and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
